The firm provides advice to both employers and employees as required on all aspects of Employment Law, including unfair dismissals, equality in the workplace, grievance resolution, constructive dismissal, health and safety issues and redundancy procedures.

We also advise on statutory rights and entitlements, termination of employment, contracts of employment and transfers of undertakings. We regularly represent clients before the Employment Appeals Tribunal, Rights Commissioner and the Circuit/High Court.

We also prepare new contracts of employment, workplace policies and health and safety policies.
