M.P. Black & Co. have considerable experience in litigation matters before the District, Circuit and High Courts including medical negligence, road traffic accidents, slips and falls, libel actions, institutional abuse claims, defective products litigation, asbestos exposure in addition to Injuries Board applications. We also deal with breach of contract cases.

Our policy involves identifying the key issues for our client in each matter and developing an overall strategy in conjunction with our client and briefing Counsel as required.
