We advise on Wills, probate and estate planning. Our service includes the administration of estates, tax planning, preparing and registrating enduring powers of attorney and wardship.

Unfortunately, from time to time, disputes can arise in relation to Wills and Probate. We have extensive experience in litigation in this area acting for plaintiffs and defendants including Section 117 applications. We provide the same attention to detail in both large and small estates in order to obtain the Grant of Probate as quickly as possible.

We encourage all of our clients to make a will and it is our policy not to charge a fee for making a Will if we are carrying out some other work for those clients.
